About the founder

Lisbeth Fangel-Lloyd, from West Jutland and founder of NordicAkkord, has a passion for understanding what truly drives human behaviour. With RMP certification, an MBA in Educational Leadership and experience from three continents, she is dedicated to helping organisations build inclusive and value-driven cultures.
